- PDF Troubles: You are probably experiencing technical difficulties with the PDF links because you do not have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. You can download the free version by visiting Adobe.
- ZIP Files: To access a ZIP file, an ‘unzipping’ program is required. Such a program then ‘extracts’ the set of resources from the ZIP and puts them onto your computer for normal use.

- Where can I find my affiliate ID?
- Log into your account and navigate to the affiliates’ area, where it says, “get banners and links.” You will find all the affiliate links listed there to promote our individual products or to send people directly to our home page.
- When are affiliates paid?
- Commission payments are made by the DATE YOU PAY each month following the month of sales. For example, commissions you earn in December will be paid out in January.
- How are affiliates paid?

Your subscription will not be renewed after that term expires. Should you wish to come back in the future, we’ll be happy to have you! You can always log in to your canceled account to view

- How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

- Oh no, you missed last month’s content? Not a problem. Log in to your account. As long as you’ve paid for that month, you should be able to access and download it. You can also contact our customer service department (EMAIL/PHONE/TICKET LINK) and a representative can help you out.
- My computer crashed, how do I get access to my previously purchased products?
- Technology problems are a bummer. But no worries, you can access your previously purchased products by (LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT/SUBMITTING A TICKET/CONTACTING OUR CUSTOER SERVICE DEPARTMENT).
You’ll need your:

- We ask for your address and phone number as a secondary source of verification should we need it. We live in a technologically advanced world and sometimes it’s good to have backup information if we need to get a hold of you or verify your information.

- My subscription was accidentally cancelled.
- Making financial changes to your PayPal account such as credit cards expiring or changing your banking information will cancel your monthly membership subscriptions. This is a not something we can control nor can we update it for you. To restart your subscription, follow these steps:

Once we verify your details, we will try to reinstate you at the previous rate. If it has been more than NUMBER OF days since the cancellation, you will need to re-subscribe at the current rate.
- I have a product I’d like you to promote. How do I do that?
- We appreciate that you want to work with us and we review all new requests, however due to the large number JV requests we receive, it is impossible for us to accept every one.
- Please review our site to ensure that your product is something our audience would be interested in. When you contact us, please share your ideas on how you would like the JV partnership to work. Include URLs to view the product. If you feel we are a good match, please submit a ticket with the details of your offer. We will get back with you as soon as possible.
- Do you offer any guarantees on your work?
- Include your guarantee policy. For example, a service provider’s policy may be no guarantee. “We pride ourselves on quality work. We consult with you to ensure we complete your project to your specifications. In addition, we offer one optional rewrite with each project.”
- I forgot my login/password
- Visit the login page and click “forgot my password/username.” Follow the instructions. If this process doesn’t work, please submit a ticket/contact our customer service department and someone will help you out.
